Position Details:
• Starting Pay: TBD based on experience
• Hours: 35–40 hours per week
• Schedule: To be discussed (Monday–Friday availability required)

Lead Preschool Teacher Expectations:
Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth
Maintain routines, structure, and smooth transitions
Communicate effectively with families
Use our hands-on, play-based learning curriculum
Maintain documentation and follow licensing requirements
Collaborate with team members and administration
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and inviting
Be proactive, reliable, and take initiativeQualifications:
CDA or CPL Level 3, or willing to obtain
Self-motivated and able to stay on task
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to pass a BCI/FBI background check
Willing to complete state-required trainings (paid by HDC)
