Membership Application
Thank you for your interest in joining The Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce! The Chamber seeks to be the driving force for a vibrant Defiance Area by providing services and resources to cultivate a growing and thriving business community.
Please complete the following application to be considered for membership in the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce. A $50 non-refundable application fee is required.
Annual Membership Dues wil be calculated upon approval. The application fee will be applied towards your first year annual dues.

In addition, we ask you to please send the following information in an email to commerce@defiancechamber.com to be submitted with your application for review by our Board of Directors:
- Please briefly state the nature of your business. (i.e. who you are, what business you conduct, etc.).
- Please briefly state why you are interested in joining the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce and your involvement in the Defiance Area.
- If applying as a non-profit agency, please provide your EIN number.
