Benefits Department Account Manager.
Position Type: Part Time
Frost Insurance Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support their Benefits Department in their Napoleon office. This is a part-time role with the potential for the position to grow and take on expanded responsibilities as the agency continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with benefit enrollment and changes
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized files and records
• Provide administrative support and follow-up with carriers and clients
Qualifications
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills
• Administrative or insurance experience is a plus
