The Client Service Representative is responsible for client service and supporting the Financial Services Team in building our practice and client relationships. This role ensures an efficient and organized office, acting as a bridge between the client, network office, home office, and financial representatives. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with an ability to learn internal software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Handling conversational and transactional tasks with a high level of confidentiality.
- Data input, proposal preparation, and information gathering for client meetings.
- Managing case processing and monitoring case status.
- Providing administrative support and client service.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Scheduling client appointments and managing the client experience.
- Communicating with clients to confirm accurate information, form receipts, follow-up meetings, and resolve issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills while performing administrative duties such as preparing and processing paperwork, maintaining client files, and coordinating with other departments.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly, continuously learn new skills, and proactively ask questions to ensure understanding of responsibilities and contribute effectively to the team.
- Maintaining compliance and confidentiality with business processes, including handling correspondence and maintaining case files.

Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary $25k-$45k.
